Jimmy Jones - State Farm Insurance Agent

I’ve had an incredibly disappointing experience with this insurance agent’s office. The service provided by the agent’s oldest daughter and another staff member named Amber has been consistently unprofessional. Their attitudes are rude, dismissive, and make every interaction feel like an inconvenience. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, not frustration and negativity. It’s unfortunate when a business is brought down by the poor behavior of its representatives. I would not recommend this office to anyone looking for reliable and respectful service. Today I decided to move my policy to his neice Carol Jones.

I just want to state that this State Farm Agency is the worst... I've been a customer of them about 1 and a half years and this is my second time with this agency after 10 years with Geico which the only issue I had with them was my premium kept going up due to the area I lived in. I digress, within this year and a half, this agency paid out an uninsured motorists who hit me, after I gave a police report stating me not at fault, and after a statement I gave them. I wasn't notified that the person was paid out. Only after I called to check on the status of my claim did I hear of this. Luckily they had just issued the check, and was able to void it out. Been with this agency since 1997. Have no desire to change agencies because of the great service that I receive. The representative Ericka is professional, caring and readily available to answer my questions or concerns.

Ms. Kimberly Bryant is the most professional, caring, nice, helpful and efficient best agent. She's been that way for many years.

If I could give them not one star I would. I've had such an unpleasant experience with this office on Old National Hwy. Almost every month their is an issue. For example, there have been incidents when I have called no one has answered and I left a message. It took me to call corporate to actually get someone to call me back. The recent incident that has me livid is that they took money out of my account without my authorization. Then, once I spoke with Ericka Jones, she was very unpleasant and did not take responsibility for her mistake of her office. I have been a loyal customer with this agency for four years.
