My experience with Jimmy Hillis and his staff has been amazing! I had made some mistakes and thought I had renters insurance and I did not ( I cancelled it and forgot to reinstate it when I moved! HORRIBLE MISTAKE) Anyways Jimmy and his staff were outstanding after the townhome burned down. They obviuously couldnt file a claim but were so understanding! I dont ever want to switch agents because they showed me they do truly care! They helped make sure me and my family had food after the fire, that I had clothing so I could return to work that my children had clothing as well. 10 Stars!!!!
