After moving from NC a few years back (where I had a family friend as my agent) I came to Miami and found a new person. Not so impressed I decided to try out a new company and found Jimenez Insurance and I couldn't be happier. They treat me like family - taking everything into consideration when giving me coverage recommendations, answering all my questions via email or phone with the most professionalism and quick. They also send out newsletters, remind me to pay my bill and more. Great customer service, family-owned business and attention to detail. (and for us that aren't native - English speaking!) I would highly recommend them to my friends and family.

Best agency to have your policy with, auto, home, commercial, or even boat. The agents try to help in everything they can and give the best prices. Shabelly Monzon helped my husband and I with our auto policy, and she was very nice, I have not had such good service in a long time. Great service and great staff.
