Jim Vanderveen - State Farm Insurance Agent

If I could give a lower rating , I would!! Customer service is horrible! Melissa is not a good representative for this business. I had been doing business with Parker and had no issues with him. For some reason they insisted I talk to Melissa for a new policy today!! She was not able to give me an accurate quote when I wanted to pay for a year instead of monthly. The math was not right. She said she would call me back. Instead she sent me a text. I responded, asked a question , I still haven't received a response , 11 hours later. I called after an hour and spoke with receptionist, she made all kinds of excuses. None of which were acceptable!! She then offered to have the owner, Jim, call me. He never called!! They obviously do not care about keeping a client happy. I would not recom

I highly recommend this agency and Laura, I can’t compliment her enough! She has been so helpful, patient, efficient, and professional. Her many years of experience in Jim’s office has consistently made my requests go smoothly and most importantly, correctly. You may shop insurance and find something less but you will never find the customer service that this office offers you. Almost immediate responses to texts and emails and they always answer the phone right away. Thank you, Laura, for taking good care of us. You are fantastic to work with and so appreciated!

Jim is the best insurance agent we have ever had. He is so good about explaining things and helping us make the right choices for our needs. He is so helpful with getting us through any claims we might have. He is great at giving such good advice so that we aren’t under covered but also not paying for more than what we need.
