Jim Starbuck - State Farm Insurance Agent

Best agent and staff ever! The only reason I stay with State Farm and they haven’t been my agent in 6 years. I would highly recommend Jim and his entire staff on every level. Fantastic experience both with them and after I have moved out of Utah. They always are willing to help in any way they can!

I love Jim Starbuck's office! I've been with them for 12 years and my parents were with them long before that. We have always been treated well and everyone on the staff are friendly and professional. Sonni was there for me when I crashed my first car at age 16 and for everything in between ever since. I've worked with Olivia, Karen, and Christine as well and they are all just as amazing. I will be with State Farm until they kick me out. ;)

We have had State Farm and Jim Starbuck as our agent for decades, the staff is very knowledgeable, kind and willing to help in any way whenever I have had a need to call. I never worry because I know Jim will be there if I need him. Thanks to all, Rebecca.

I cancele my insurance 48 hours before the due date in october and they still charged me. When I called to get the money they owed me they added renewal fees for January. I would not recomend this branch.

30+ years with Jim as my agent, he must be doing it right.
