I have been with State Farm for years. I deal exclusively with Toni. She handles all of my car, homeowners, business and life insurances. Over the years she has proven to be professional, reliable, knowledgeable, and invaluable. I’ve been with State Farm for many years, maintaining a clean record with no accidents or tickets, and I always pay my bill on time. I was told that if I’m ever at fault in an accident, it would take 10 years to regain my current discount. While everyone at this agency is kind and professional, the experience feels very impersonal. Despite being a good driver and loyal customer, my bill has increased by about 10% every six months over the past three years. Each time, I receive a computer-generated notice in the mail with no personal explanation, just a generic response that “it’s going up for everyone.” Jim seems like a nice person, but in all my years here, I’ve never seen any meaningful effort to advocate for keeping more money in the pockets of safe driving, good and loyal customers.

She was very helpful and she understood my requests and concerns and gave me the best quote and later helped me sign up with my home insurance. I would recommend her service without a doubt. It was really thoughtful of them. I will certainly sign up with them for my car insurance as well.
