I had State Farm for years in colorado and loved it never had any issues but as soon as I moved to Kansas and went with this agent my whole account got messed up. I wound up with two of the same cars on my account. Then when I wanted to add my boyfriend and his vehicle they never got added and when we bought a new car they never added our new vehicle. They never answered our phone calls or even called us back for weeks. We needed proof of insurance for the new vehicle to get the plates and because they never added the car we couldn’t get our plates. I would never recommend these agents to anyone
Questions are always answered in a timely manner and they give you great rates with great coverage.
