She worked with me from the beginning to the issuing of the policies on my home and auto and went above and beyond in contacting the roofing contractor to get me an extra discount on my home policy. Their home policy was by far the least expensive of all the quotes I received for the same amount of coverage. It was a wonderful experience and I cannot praise her enough for all the work she did and quick response times to every question that I had. I am more than pleased with the excellent customer service I received from Jim Moore State Farm and Kerri in particular!! I have been with Jim Moore for several years. When my daughter was in a car accident, I got a call within an hour, fully expecting to have a zillion things to do. Instead, it was Jim Moore calling to make sure my daughter was okay and telling me they would handle everything. They did. I had to do one thing, get an estimate. When we had recent damage to my car and our roof due to hail storms, they handled everything from start to finish. I didn’t have to do anything but get the estimates and drop off my car. They call me once a year to ensure I have the coverage I need and I am not paying for things I don’t need. I highly recommend them.
