In a world where people are too quick to criticize, I wanted to take the time to thank, Jim, Cheryl and the staff at the Wappingers Falls office for the excellent service they have provided my company with for over 10 years. Recently, my growing company was faced with some business opportunities that required specific insurance challenges and the need for additional coverage. The team at State Farm worked with us to provide the coverage we needed quickly and professionally. They have always treated us like family and not just another customer. They truly are “Good Neighbors”. Anyone, looking for insurance coverage for their home or business should definitely make these guys their first call, you’ll be happy you did.

Had a policy with them and apparently they stopped getting payments from my bank because the bank rejected it….fast forward 3 months later they had to drop my policy….during that time they claim to have Called me but didn’t leave a single voicemail instead they called my dad who has had a policy with them since the 70’s and who is NOT on my policy and decided to tell him my personal information and business rather than leaving a simple voicemail that would have ended with the issue being resolved (I have unknown calls silenced on my phone but they can still leave voicemails) they were incredibly unprofessional and I wouldn’t recommend anyone doing business with them
