I initially walked in the office without any appointment and a very nice young man ( I think his name is Grayson) sat me right down and gave me a reasonable quote quickly. Since I have two trucks he set up an appointment with Alicia as I came back with Info on my second vehicle. Alicia had all the right stuff. She was friendly, professional, efficient and got me full coverage on both my trucks at a rate that was lower than I expected. No need to look anywhere else . Save yourself time , money and hassle and go to State Farm.

Our long-time State Farm Agent retired and Jim Kuhlman and his staff are now our Insurance team. So far I have only had contact on the phone with Alicia and she has always been very helpful, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. She always returns my calls in a timely manner when they are not able to answer the phone when I have called. It is such a relief to have this team giving us the same excellent service as our past Agent and team that we knew so well.

She made not only my transition to State Farm easy, but my Mothers as well ( who is not great with change!) she was even able to get my Mom a better rate with better coverage than what she had been paying with another company.
