If I could give 0 stars I would. I work in the funeral business, and I do seminars to help people with planning ahead, it is information only, not there to sale anything. Jim Kaighn decided to attend, and I was shocked at the lack of professionalism he had. During this seminar, he repeatedly interrupted, spoke over me, and even tried to sell his product to the attendees that I invited. This was not his event, and yet he took it upon himself to derail the presentation, disregard the purpose of the evening, and disrespect both myself and the guests who were there to listen and learn, all while eating the food that I was paying for.
