Two thumbs up for Nick Carlton at State Farm!!! I was going to set up a renters policy online for my mom who's moving into a retirement community, but called Nick after he left me a voicemail (didn't have that "sales guy" voice, so I thought why not?) and I'm so glad I did! He spent quite a bit of time answering my questions, explaining all the coverage options (even those I was just curious about), and gave me several quotes over the phone to think about. So nice, really helpful, and absolutely zero pressure to make decisions on the spot. A few days later, we spoke again to finalize the policy and I'll be reaching out to him soon about a homeowners + auto policy for myself. Thanks again for all your help, Nick!!!
