Sam Balady made the entire experience of getting my auto loan extremely easy. I had a ton of questions, and he took the time to answer all of them completely and thoroughly. He was very patient, honest and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Glad I decided to go with his agency, and have already recommended him to others.

Charles Feinforth provided an excellent and very professional customer service. I was in doubt if changing from Geico to State Farm, after been with them for 18 years, was the right move. I had previously been misled to believe that I was saving "a ton" of money with another well known insurance agency(unknowingly paying for fees not discussed up front and inflated quotes). I got tired of dealing with apps and customer service people who didn't know my personal insurance needs. I love having an agent to not only explain what I have but also what my options are. When I call for a change or to adjust a payment there are no hidden charges. Sam is always straight forward with me and listens to me. State Farm is the way all insurance companies should be. Great experience with this company
