5 star review because of Sam, don’t even dream of contacting me unless it’s Sam. It is absolutely insane how many times y’all make people give all their info just to be connected to someone just to have to GIVE ALL YOUR DAMN INFO AGAIN. I just hang up if you can’t transfer the freaking info from one rep to the next. What good is all this technology if you can’t connect me where I need to go and they have my info? Your online ads saying “ click here for a quote”, is a Joke. It just takes you down a rabbit hole of no return. Give people the damn quote! Sam is good at his job, bottom line and no BS small talk. Can I buy him a drink?🥃 You better hang on to that one.
