Jill Leonard - State Farm Insurance Agent

We have worked with Jamie S at Jill Leonard State Farm for over six years for our auto policies and have over time moved all our coverages here (home, jewelry, etc.). She responds quickly to my emails (I’m not a phone person, so I love sending an email when the questions are on my mind, usually during non-office hours) and answers all of my “what if?” type questions! 😊 Very happy with the service we have received.

I enjoyed working with Jamie and feel like I have been guided in the right direction with all my policies @ State Farm. I just moved here from Florida and Jamie was great about explaining the different Michigan policies to me.

The woman that helped me was phenomenal. I believe her name was Amber. I couldn't be more pleased with her professionalism, kindness, understanding and overall customer service. Because of her I will always go there for any insurance needs I have. If you are looking for a new insurance company, go to Jill Leonard, and ask for Amber. You wont regret it!

Rates are fair. Im not a huge proponent for insurance but the people in this office are wonderful people. They are always as helpful as they can be & If they or i make a mistake or there any issues they are always very gracious & thoughtful. They go the distance to be helpful on any & everything ive ever brought to them :)
