First, I tried to reach the Jewish Agency in New York at around 2:00 p.m. on a weekday afternoon. No one answered and I was disconnected. I then tried calling the Jewish Agency in Los Angeles. They at least explained - on a recording - that I was really reaching the Jewish Agency in Israel, and they were closed at that moment. So I called again, this time to the global telephone number, on a Sunday afternoon from New York. The recording stated that they were open Sunday to Thursday until 10:00 p.m. Israel time. Since it was 2:00 p.m. in New York, they should have been open. But the recording said they were closed and I was disconnected again. It would be nice if someone answered the phone during business hours. And if for some reason they had to close early, that the recording reflecte

Complain is on the shipping department. Last person with whom I talked was Uriel Hart and his answer shows that he didn't read letters from us and Fedex for the shipment we paid and I believe have all rights to have reimbursement for our troubles. In addition I wasn't able to get his response within a week on such simple case and Head of department info, Luba Peimer
