Edward was absolutely amazing! It was a dang near magical experience. I literally called my previous provider to try and give them a chance to retain my business and let me tell you— Edward did everything they did NOT do. He gave me several options, clearly demonstrated with his actions that he valued me as a customer, and educated me on all the options I had available. He was also supe friendly, efficient, and understood how frustrating it can be to switch providers.
