I was stalled at Walgreens in Republic. I needed a tow to my house. I called American Family to find out about my road side service. Jessica got right on to roadside and then called me back. Texts were sent to locate them and give an estimated time frame when they would be there. I am fortunate to say they were there in 5 minutes. Totally Amazing. I'm home safe, my car is safe, and I am amazed with American Family. They always take care of me. I've been with them for many years. I do sincerely appreciate how great Jessica and Shelby are in the Buffalo, Mo. Office. Thank you so much!!
