Amy and Jessica are so kind and helpful. Both of them have gone above and beyond for me on several occasions. I haven't lived in the Lima area for over ten years, but I see absolutely no need to change my agent to someone closer. They have an awesome team and I appreciate them!

I signed up online and all my communication goes thru the app really. I had a claim a couple months ago and no one from the agency ever contacted me about anything. Not sure why you'd ever need them as they have done absolutely nothing for me, ever. Really all you need is the app.

Absolutely luv everyone at the agency. They are all so helpful in every way. Anything you need or have questions about they are quick to respond and very knowledgeable about everything.
