Anise of State Farm was exceedingly helpful, friendly, and patient while helping me navigate over the phone some changes I made to my homeowners and auto policies. She explained everything very clearly, answered all of my questions, and really assisted me in deciding what changes I wanted and what would work best for my husband and me. This is why I have been a loyal State Farm customer for decades! I never feel pressured to buy something I don’t want or need. Indeed, Anise and the other agents (Josh also is fantastic) I have worked with over the years really listen to you, and I appreciate this so much. Thank you Anise again for all your assistance.

Literally never answer the phone. Every single time I call the Delaware office… NO ANSWER!! Pretty frustrating when their voice system says “to reach someone at this local office” and you 100% never get anyone on the phone, let alone someone at that office. I always get a call back from the sunbury office. Question is, what do they all do during the day, I know it isn’t answering phone calls.

We had a very complicated claim situation and our Jessica Forman State Farm agent, Anise Palko, was amazing. She took a creative, thinking outside-of-the-box approach the took care of everything exceptionally well beyond what my initial call about the car situation. Other agents at Jessica Forman have been outstanding as well. I have been a client for years with Jessica Forman State Farm and my confidence level keeps being elevated with every interacation. Good luck ever getting Jessica on the phone at any point..We had auto and home insurance with her. Our auto went up every month with no reason as we work from home and barely drive. I emailed multiple times and no one ever answered or returned my calls. We ended up switching auto and just switched home owners as well too...They have my home owner's money from our mortgage company and I can not get a hold of anyone to get it back. This looks to be a TERRIBLE organization
