Allyson was absolutely phenomenal. This was my first time signing up for car insurance and she really made the process seamless. I get a lot of anxiety talking on to phone about making appointments etc., but Allyson was so kind, informative, and helped me choose the right plan for me that was affordable. She was honest about which coverage I needed and really helped me stay within a budget while still getting great coverage. She helped me get a significantly lower car insurance rate and I recommend her to anyone else who hates the insurance buying process, she takes a huge load off your shoulders.

Horrible customer service! Interested in becomming a new customer for a 2025 Cadillac that I just bought. Stay away from this agent! Tried to contact the Buford office (the closest to me) to get a quote. Waited on hold for over 15mins. Finaly somebody from Atlanta answered (with poor English) and could not put me in touch with someone from the Buford office. Said it was closed. I could not get a human being to help me.

I couldn’t ask for a smoother insurance experience. I spoke with Jesse from my local office first and then i’ve been talking to Taylor since. I’m good at asking lots of questions and she always gets me the answers! She’s super friendly and has done everything she could and would need to do to meet my needs. I’m extremely satisfied with my experience with her so far and actually look forward to knowing I get to talk to her if I have to give them a call. She’s absolutely taken the stress of insurance away for me.
