My family currently has both automobile and homeowner's insurance policies at Allstate, and Jerry is our agent. I have nothing but good things to say about him. He's an exceptional communicator, prompt and responsive. He always answers my questions quickly and to my satisfaction and tailors my policies to the needs of my family. I can't tell you what a pleasure it is not to have to navigate through a phone tree and instead talk to an actual person. He's always given me good advice on how to save money and handles all the insurance logistics for me. I highly recommend Jerry and his services.

This company is sending me mailers with an image of my house on the outside of the envelope and no return address. It’s quite creepy. I called the number on the mailer to complain and was treated impolitely, and the employee hung up before I even had the chance to request being removed from their contact list. 0/10 do not recommend.
