I had a meeting with Mary, and she was so incredibly sweet! When I first came in, the lady at the desk asked if I would like a water, etc. everyone in the building was very nice, helpful, and professional. Mary did an awesome job at explaining everything for me as it was my first time setting up car insurance for myself. She took the extra time to fully explain everything to me, go over some options that would save me money, and overall make sure I was understanding everything as we went. Definitely would recommend seeing them!

Jerry and his staff are very knowledgeable. There is no sales pressure which makes it nice. They treat everyone like they are family. They really take great care of my family and me.

One of the ladys was very rude, they changed the rates we had and wanted to keep them they way we had them, she kept saying that they couldn't change them. Our monthly payments was almost tripled, She was disrespectful, using not a very nice tone of voice, rolled her eyes at us.

Jerry Gobel takes the time to explain your coverage to you. He is very knowledgeable and wants you to know what you are paying for!

Called for a quote on possible purchase of a different vehicle. Mary Beth was very helpful & friendly. No decision made on different vehicle at this time.
