Definitely in good hands with Allstate! Makes me feel like family! Everything is explained to the fullest until I understand! Also if they feel you're not happy their not happy! Me? I'm happy.... 😊 I have to be when I not only feel but know I'm in good hands! Trust I complain if it's not it for me 😂🤣🤣 no script just honest!

This company gave me a horrible experience. I check their ratings on here, prior to calling them. And it does not at all line up with the horror or what they put me through. A honest truth experience was ( impossible) to have with them, I started with a nice lady named Kim who disappeared from and unavailable to ever be contact again, to a lady named Keonna who could never make any make any sense, they don’t honor anything that provide you, from day to day after collecting all your information. I was trying to leave a company I was with for three years to go with a company right outside my neighborhood to support a local black agents office, but it was impossible to get a honest quote and policy. When I was looking for affordable car insurance a few years ago it was Jerry Ford and staff that helped beyond words. I would recommend them to ANYONE & EVERYONE looking for any kind of insurance. The entire team has ALWAYS been very helpful and and Professional. It reminds me of the good ole days when Customer Service was SO IMPORTANT!!! You don't get recorded messages they answer right away!!!

I have loved my experience with my Agent Jerry Ford and with Allstate in general. Genesis has been wonderful. She worked very hard to discover that we could drop all coverage except for comprehensive in order to pay the least amount possible but keep our insurance from lapsing while we were out of the country. No other insurance company was able to do that for us. Very pleased with the service and everyone there. Thank you.
