I can be a bit of a problem child with all my questions, but Jerry takes the time to explain things & has never made me feel like a burden. The customer service at this location is just phenomenal. I've always been impressed with both Jerry and his staff, but recently a 30 foot U-Haul truck crashed into the front of my home! Many thousands of dollars worth of damage and I had to stay at a hotel for a month - and Jerry was there to answer every phone call and email - and there was a LOT! He was wonderful! I highly recommend Jerry Farnum and State Farm.

I just switched from AAA and Angie was great to work with. I was also adding a brand new upper end electric vehicle (Rivian). Angie made the process simple and stress free.

State farm with Jerry farnum is great. Their easy to deal with. Also my insurance is manageable. I choose not to have to GPS on my car. I don't like people tracking me. I could switch companies. They have been reasonable.
