Over the course of 45 years I have had to call and tell my friends at American Family Insurance that I had a fender bender, hit a deer (or two), had my van burn on the side of the road and report a house fire just to name a few things. Not the best of days. Days like that though you want and need an agent like Jerry Bennefeld taking care of you. The service I have received from Jerry, Kelly and their crew has been as good as it gets. Insurance is that thing you buy hoping you never have to use because it means something went wrong. When things go wrong this is the agency and these are the people you can depend on. They have earned my trust and they will earn yours too.

I had the unfortunate luck of having 2 cars totaled out within 3 months of each of them. Jerry made sure that I was taken care of and that things got figured out in a timely manner and that I got my total loss checks as fast as I could so I could get back onto the road again.
