Jeremy Pressley: Allstate Insurance

Hunter was not friendly or welcoming. When I walked into the office, he didn’t acknowledge me and just stared at me as if I was interrupting his day. He did not greet me or make me feel welcomed. He would benefit from customer service training. Two or three weeks ago, I also emailed Jeremy Presley because I wanted to open a new insurance account, and to this day there has been no response. Stephanie, on the other hand, is truly exceptional. She is always polite, mindful, and genuinely welcoming. Every interaction with her is positive, and she consistently goes above and beyond. Thank you, Stephanie, for being the greatest as always.
