Jeremy Burge: Allstate Insurance

Everyone is nice when someone is spending lots of money for insurance. My insurance cost has over doubled since we moved to Louisiana 😡 we both have clean records we bundled 3 autos, 5th wheel camper, our boat and our home and we are paying almost $1000 a month. NOT HAPPY WITH THIS AT ALL It’s just us two and we are retired and if we travel we are together.😡😡😡

Customer service is awesome. From my first call for a “price quote” Leah Leblanc made me feel special. She not only answered my questions, she help to get the best price quote to me and personalize my quote. (no other insurance agency did that and I called several). Also, her return call to me was quick and at the end of the day Allstate’s quote beat all other quotes. BEST PRICES AND BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I tried to purchase renters insurance with Allstate since I already have auto insurance through them. First the lady that was in the office said she would call me. After several days when I did not receive a call, I emailed the office. A couple of days later Mr. Burge called me and assured me he would call me back with the information about what they could offer. It has now been over a week since his phone call and I have still not heard anything. I know he is not indicative of the Allstate brand because the agent I had in Florida was great.
