I recently bought my first car and didn’t know where to go for insurance so I went to Jensen Sheehan because they are local and have covered my dad’s vehicles for years and I am very happy and impressed with their customer service, skill, and affordable insurance coverage for someone within my price range. All of the women there work as a great team and have helped me to quickly resolve issues regarding coverage and a recent windshield crack. It’s only been a few months since I started receiving coverage from them but I am grateful for what I have received thus far and regard my monthly insurance payments as money well spent rather than just an annoying formality. My email correspondance regarding homeowners insurance was ignored. My policy was canceled and now I have to do all the legwork to get this fixed in addition to coming up with the money to pay the policy in full to cover the agent's mistake. Go elsewhere. I have had multiple problems with this company.

Great people to work with, Especially Elaine she tried to help me with the problem I am having with Captiol One in getting my name on the title of my once wife's Subaru. But if anyone should know never get a auto loan though Capitol One or you will regret it!!
