The best group around! When we switched to this team, they were so thorough, friendly and made the transition easy. They found so many ways for us to save on our insurance - truly baffled that our previous team never suggested any of these suggestions. The 1:1 service is top-notch! We received an organized binder with pertinent information, a welcome gift with personalized card and every few months, the team calls to check in (ensure all is up to date) and suggest other ways to save, if available. It’s the little things that truly makes them special - signed cards for the holidays, when we paid off our mortgage, etc. - and it’s a great feeling to be a client they know, not just a name on a long list.

I showed up with two cars and a bad financial situation. I left paying ~$400 instead of $700+ and suddenly believing in miracles again. Sarah did whatever kind of insurance wizardry she practices back there and casually saved me hundreds of dollars like it was no big deal. If you enjoy money, competence, and not feeling personally attacked by your insurance bill, talk to her. 10/10 would let her ruin my old policy again. This office doesn’t sell insurance, they rescue people from bad policies. Highly recommend before you keep donating money to the Insurance Industrial Complex.
