Our bill has increased hundreds of dollars over the last two years, nearly doubled. I’ve never been able to make an account & recently have had to go through hoops to even pay my bill since requiring you to log in. I have no access to our account. I have called & left many messages to speak to Jennifer that were never returned over the last five years. Most recently, after multiple phone calls to cancel my services with State Farm as we’ve got an amazing agent at Geico who helped us tremendously, Jennifer Warren had the audacity to call me back to try and resell their services. The company that has not responded to numerous calls and voicemails, respected our loyalty over the last 5 years, & has been zero help with accessing our account. She then proceeded to talk over me, call me a liar &

Jennifer and the whole staff (especially Jan) are always helpful and friendly and effective. (I don’t mean to single out Jan, but she is who usually answers the phone). I have been with State Farm for more than 40 years when we lived in two other states, so when we moved to Boston 22 years ago I chose Jennifer since she was located in Boston, and I have not been disappointed. Jennifer has been providing me insurance for a few years now. She's extremely knowledgeable and really helpful. She gave me a lot of advice on what to do with my daughter when she needed insurance and helped her the best price. She was even able to get my snowmobile insurance taken care of over the phone on a Friday so we could go out once the trails opened over the weekend.
