We’ve sent multiple emails and called multiple times. It’s like she is on an endless holiday - she has never once picked up the phone or replied to a voicemail. Would avoid at all costs

UPDATE September 2025: I called and left a voicemail last week and they still haven't returned my call! This is why I asked to move offices! I don't know why this office is sending me mail and threatening to cancel my policy! Jennifer is quick to call and cry when you leave a bad review but won't actually help when you make an inquiry. THEY NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONES and when they do call back it's hours later. ETA: Jennifer did call again and we spoke. I was upset with Hilda Ortega's team who gaslit and lied to me. Though I was irritated at not being able to get ahold of Jennifer or someone at her office sooner and after multiple calls, I will admit I might have been a bit unfair to write a review so quickly. I am amending this review accordingly.

Mrs. Jennifer Saez is a great insurance professional, Open to questions and proffessional assistance. I believe in Jennifer.

Hey Jennifer , Because of your girls mistakes my car cant drive 530 day's and you still didnt fix my insurance put company dates for 6/30/2023 Why are you being very unprofessional and selfish person you dont email me back you dont pick up phone you dont answer me if you wont give service well , why are you taking us a clients ? PLEASE CALL OR E MAIL ME
