Love having a local agent that you can deal with face to face. Jenn always goes the extra mile to help her customers. We had a claim that was going to be denied, Jenn made multiple calls and got it resolved for us! Would highly recommend her and her staff!

This gal was exceptional with customer service and providing me what I needed saving me money. I had issues with the insurance company. I was trying to leave and she was more than helpful. Got me on board and again saved me quite a bit of money. She is the best.

I worked with Alexis and got multiple quotes to see what was the best coverage and price for my needs. I was able to double my coverage for almost the same premium I was paying somewhere else! I also added a policy for another property and she was able to answer all the questions I had and hypothetical scenarios I could come up with to make sure I was covered for what I needed without ever making me feel silly or stupid for the questions I was asking.

10/10 would recommend Jen as your agent. We ran into a snag while dealing with our claim and one phone to her office and it was handled in less than 20 minutes! She knows what she’s doing!
