Ita Vanboheven was so amazing. I needed to add my daughter to my policy, because she just purchased her first car. We wanted to get everything done before the Thanksgiving holiday and weekend, which was 2 days away. Ita got everything taken care of and added, so that we could go to the DMV the next day and register the car. Her friendliness and cheerful personality was so appreciated.
