Jennifer is so friendly and knowledgeable! She is absolutely someone who goes "above and beyond" to make sure you understand everything and gives you the best coverage possible at the best price! This was the best insurance experience I've ever had! I first called Jennifer Bourne State farm agency, thinking I called a different one. I'm so happy that I got the calls mixed up! Other insurance companies were closed on Saturdays but they were open and I'm so glad that they were! I spoke with Angie over the phone and she started the process to get my car insurance going and then I came into the office and I was met by a very nice gentleman who offered me cold water and invited me to a big candy bowl on the front desk LOL! and then met Jennifer Bourne ,she and Angie were terrific!
