Gracie was wonderful to work with! She has good customer service skills, as I had sworn I would never go back to State Farm after a most negative encounter I had with State Farm on a claim on my home in California. I grew up in a State Farm family with two family members having life long careers there, as well as the fact, for most of my adult life, I, too, carried State Farm insurance. Gracie embodied what I remember of State Farm in those days. Integrity and kindness and sound knowledge of the products she was promoting. Job well done. You’ve earned my business back. I pray the company treats me well, should God forbid something bad happen and I am ever require to file another claim.

I can't say enough how thankful I am for going in for a quote at our local State Farm insurance. My previous insurance prices were insane and decided to come in for a quote and they saved me a crazy amount of money with FAR better coverage, even with adding another car, renters insurance and adding my teen daughter I am paying less.
