Paula fraudulently reported me to collections for an insurance policy that wasn't mine. I emailed her and told her specifically not to renew my girlfriend's policy after we split up. I switched to Progressive and sent her my Declaration page. She still charged me for 3 months of coverage. Paula never had my signature on file or my consent to renew an auto policy. It was never my policy in the first place, it was my ex-girlfriend, who added me as a driver 3 months into the coverage. Even after explaining this to her she said it wasn't her problem and to figure it out.
