Jeff and Nathan are absolutely great! They have been my insurance go to since I was a teenager. Taking care of all of my vehicles, houses and businesses. They are great with communication and being there when you need them. I recommend all my friends to them and most that switch over to them save money as well! 5 star review for a 5 star team!

Jon Clayborne is a true professional! He actually cares about his customers, listens to them, follows up with them, and is not trying to sell them something! He worked with me to help me make an informed decision on my car insurance and I was so impressed I asked for his assistance with life insurance. He helped me customize a life insurance plan that helped meet all my needs and will protect my family and provide more benefits than I could ever imagine in a policy! I love working with the team at American Family Life Insurance just off of 41st street across from O'Gorman high school!

The insurance is amazing the company is amazing the staff at this agency is rude and very poor customer service. They don't listen they over charge and then if you chance something they change it to what they want then blame the customer for calling them out. I would go to any other American family then this one, unless you want poor customer service and them putting things on your policy that don't belong or you didn't ask for then this is the agent for you. STAY AWAY!!

Very easy to work with, and they want to help give you the best terms and policies, and also friendly. Definitely going to continue with using them in the future.
