Seems every time we call the Clark office our agent is out of the office. They always say someone will call you back shortly. They never really call back or respond ! You actually need to call numerous times to follow up. They never even thoroughly explained our declaration page options in detail. Seems once you get a policy their agents are to busy supposedly working from home. Just didn’t feel comfortable 💁‍♂️. As we moved our H.O. & Auto pol to a different office. Much better support as they took the time to explain all coverage’s in full detail etc.etc.

I’m very happy to have Allstate as my primary insurance. They’re very helpful when you need to speak to them about any issues that would arise down the line. Thank you for your great service!

I've got nothing but good thoughts. Only thing is trying to get a hold of Jeffrey can be a hassle but the other agents make up for it. Everyone has been helpful. All in all good service. I'd recommend.
