State Farm Jeff Smith office on 11th street in Portsmouth Ohio is simply the best. Claims department also with renters insurance is amazing. All staff was very helpful and quick to resolve my claim when I was in a panic and needed help. I wouldn't have another insurance agency for my needs. Where its Auto, renters , homeowners or life insurance they are super worth buying from. Great premium rates and when something goes wrong they're on it immediately. Thank you State Farm , I appreciate you all.
