Jeff is the best. Going into getting a new plan, I was worried, but he made it easy and found the best possible option for me. He’s personable and cares about getting the right plan. I’ll be paying less than I thought for much better coverage, all because he cared that I was getting the right plan.

This is a copy of the complaint I have filed with Kentucky Department of Insurance. Buyer Beware I contacted Jeffrey Schneider for a quote on insurance. He was quick to ask for banking information and I asked to review the policy before agreeing to anything. I discovered that Mr Schneider had misrepresented the policy as Health Insurance when it is only a supplement. I called him to tell him I was not interested in the coverage. I left a voicemail and followed up with an email in which I copied myself to make sure that it had been received. I missed one call for Mr. Schneider and returned it immediately with no answer and left another voicemail that I did not want the coverage. We were directed to Jeff through the KYNECT website in 2025 as my husband was planning to retire and we needed to secure new health coverage for him. We originally were going to select a Gold plan, however, Jeff suggested a Silver plan through Wellcare with no deductible and a much lower cost. We signed up for the plan, however, as the result of a claim, we found that our deductible was over $3,000. We called to clarify with him. He said, "Yep, that's right. That is your deductible." I said that we were very disappointed and felt that he had misrepresented the coverage to us. He responded, "You can find another agent lady!" and hung up the phone.
