Jeff and Bobbi are both wonderful! I've had an account with them for two and a half years now. They both made it easy to transfer my account over from another state, and they're very helpful and efficient with policy updates and changes. Would definitely recommend!

I have the best agent of State Farm there is. I loss my husband he sent flowers and came to service in winter bad weather. I had to get my insurance information changed over he helped me get everything I needed fixed. The our huge tree came down on Memorial Day he advised me who to call and file claim. He did a follow up call for me to claims when I couldn’t get answers and helped . It’s wonderful to have someone in insurance of car,house,motorcycle and trailer over many years that cares about people like their family. My husband and I have been loyal customers of Jeff's for over 12 years, and we have never had a positive connection. We pay for multiple policies, including car insurance, personal insurance, and home owners insurance. We have never had any claims at all, yet receive no discounts or even communication with Jeff. We have never even had a decent conversation. Our rates continue to increase every month, year after year, and the only explanation when I politely inquired about the change was "inflation". I would expect better communication and a positive attitude towards customers who never expect anything and continue to pay all of their bills on time year after year. We will be looking elsewhere for insurance coverage.
