Jeff McKinney - State Farm Insurance Agent

I've been with State Farm for decades because, true to their ad, they are "like a good neighbor, " esp Mike, who is always very knowledgeable, efficient and helpful. Most recently, someone rear-ended my vehicle at a Yield sign. Because it was such a minor accident, I tried to save time by going thru their insurer, Selective Insurance (see my review). After a month, all I had from them was a claim number and countless evasions. When I finally contacted State Farm, they had my claim taken care of within the hour. I can't say enough good about this company. If you're looking for a reliable insurer, join State Farm's neighborhood.

Jeff is so helpful and so informative. He is so thorough about the policies and your needs and makes everything easy to understand. In a world where people are just trying to take your money, Jeff is a breath of fresh air and you can tell he doesn't just care about you as a customer but he wants you to be projected as a person. I know I haven't made it easy for Jeff but he has been nothing but polite and helpful throughout our entire time together. I could not recommend him more.
