Robert at State Farm insurance was so helpful. He submitted my policy payment as well as updated my information to ensure everything on my policy was current & correct. I previously tried using the online system & unfortunately my info was not matching their records. It was very frustrating but Robert promptly returned my call & got everything squared away. I got my email confirmation & I was relieved. This happened right at Christmas so now I can enjoy my New Year. Thank you Robert.
