Been a insured motorist for over 30 years with Jeff Koop, best agent there is. His staff gives you the feeling like your sitting in you own home talking with family. Over 20 members of my family have switched to a his agent.
Jeff and his assistant Lisa have been my car and home insurance providers for at least 20 years. They have always treated me and my family with respect and consideration. Jeff and Lisa have always been willing to help me understand a policy, even if they have to repeat it 4 different ways. I also think they have the BEST prices for insurance coverage. I have referred friends and family several times. Even if I could get insurance coverage for a few dollars less, I wouldn't. You just can't beat the BEST!!
