I was extremely disappointed with the lack of responsiveness from this office. I specifically worked with Ashwak, who never answered my questions, which ultimately led me to switch to another insurance company. I was on autopay and had already paid for both my renter's and auto insurance for the months when I canceled. When I inquired about a refund, she assured me that a pro-rated credit would be mailed to me from their regional office along with a written confirmation of the cancellation. However, I never received a check. I kept checking my mailbox—nothing. I’m so happy with my Agent, Tim, he answers my emails promptly, even on Saturday, and most recently Sunday. I asked to take one of my cars out of storage, and therefore add Insurance back to the car. Tim let me know what I could do to get it done immediately, or that he’d be back in the office in a couple days. Then today, Sunday, I received an email from him letting me know he was able to add the insurance for me. He sent me the insurance cards. I’m blown away!
