I have dealt with Shayla S. for several years for a 6 unit building my partner and I own. We recently had our Insurance canceled with no notice from JBLB Insurance. We only found out after a letter was sent by the insurance company. I reached out to Shayla multiple times regarding getting the policy renewed and never received a email or call back. My property went uninsured for almost 2 months and anything could have happened. An absolute failure of service. In addition to that my rates continued to go up over the years, my new policy saved me almost $1,000.00 a year. Look around before doing business with them.
