JB Warranties

We’ve been very impressed with JB Warranties and the way their programs have supported our business. What prompted me to write this review is that, as a company, we’re in the process of moving back to higher-volume warranty plans instead of relying solely on what some HVAC manufacturers offer. When we submitted our first claim of 2026, our account manager, Angela Salladay, personally called us right away to thank us and discuss how she could support us moving forward. As a medium-sized company, receiving that level of prompt attention and being treated like a large national company truly stands out. The responsiveness and support have been exceptional, and we’re looking forward to continuing the partnership.

Alex and Sam have been terrific account managers to work with. From on-boarding to claims, they’ve been a tremendous help. The easy to use platform makes warranty registrations a breeze. Much easier to use than what the competitors offer.

Baby Cantu is our representative for San Antonio, TX and I couldn’t be more pleased with her work ethic. She strives for the best in service. If I ever have a question, she will respond in a timely manner and if she does not know the answer she will find out. Out of all the vendors I work with, she is the one that does the most on-site visits and makes us feel valued by bringing something for us every time. She ensures to make sure that every person at our office is seen and spoken with before she leaves as well. I hope JB knows how much of an outstanding employee they have working for them and look forward to continue working with them.

Many people complain about customer service in many places these days and some of those are legit BUT, my experiences with JB Warranties Has been beyond stellar. Wonderful people, with lightning fast response have been a joy to work with! 5 stars is not enough! If you need Extended warranties for your home components like AC systems and beyond, I highly recommend you make sure you and your contractor connect with JB!

Service at JB Warranties was fantastic. Needed to get a Warranty transferred over to my name and Gracie from the support Team got me setup within minutes. Even sent over the revised documents with info listed as the new owner.
