We have been with Jay Hwang's office for almost 30 years and never plan on going away! Jay and Crystal, and many others over the years, have been so easy to work with. They have consistently given us awesome service and are extremely responsive. I've heard horror stories from other people about their insurance companies and agents, and I feel so lucky and blessed to be with this office. State Farm is a great company and Jay's staff is way above par. Thanks for everything!!

They've alwasy been helpful, and using them has been of great benefit since I have property and cars in two states.
