Bad service! a Wanted to renew my policy. When a first call about 12:00 pm the agent Julieta answer and told me to wait 10 minutes that she was going to call me back , but nothing after 2 hours I called again she said she is the only one and told me to wait 10 minutes but never call me again.

They don't respond massages (always full box) phone calls, open signed when is closed. Returned,open signed no valid how it says. Saturdays open, Iwas there by two hours and doors closed and no sign why is still closed. They charge high to process payments.

I try to call for a rental. No answer no voice mail no one available to speak to. Talking about needing there service and been there for you. Don't make the mistake of getting this insurance.

Best customer service👌 the agents are super FRIENDLY,👩‍💼 they helped me with any questions I had with my policy. I was shopping for quotes at different companies but their service👩‍💻and prices💰 cant be beat.

Cant beat their prices plus GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I go in every month to make my payment and i always enjoys the environment its always clean and staff is always friendly.
